Furnished Double room with beautiful Riverview and its own bathroom is available in my 2 bed 2 Bath flat; Underground secure gated car parking space is included in the rent.

Living room is shared ; it has comfy sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, big TV and Virgin media (fibre optics) fast broadband available in the area. All bills included.

Double room has one large 3 door wardrobe with drawers; one small chest of drawers inside the wardrobe, one double bed with comfy mattress and bedside table. Room is very bright with beautiful river view from the window.

King George V DLR station is within 10 mins walk and Gallions Reach DLR is 12 mins walk. There is a bus stop within 2 mins walk. Woolwich arsenal station is one stop from King George V DLR from where you can catch overground and Elizabeth line . Very convenient, quiet and beautiful place for people who work in Canary wharf area, London city airport or in Center. DLR from King George V takes you to Bank station within 25 mins and to Stratford international within 15 mins. Royal Victoria park is situated within 3 mins walk.

Double room is for single occupancy only. No overnight visitors allowed and no parties allowed as it is a quiet residential area.

Clothes drying rack, clothes hangers, cleaning material, bed linen, pillows, dovet, dovet cover, mattress protector provided.

Flat has a fully furnished studio kitchen which will be shared by you and me. Kitchen has Kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, crockery, hob and oven, washing machine, food steamer, dishwasher.

Close to cafes, grocery stores, supermarkets, Pubs and DLR stations. Viewing is recommended to appreciate the beautiful views, peaceful surroundings and perfect location.

I live between London and Bournemouth so you will be on your own quite a lot whilst I am away.
