Double bedroom available in Sands End

Hey! Our flatmate is moving out after living here for two years to move in with her best friend which we are so happy for her but sad to see her go! We have one spacious room available in our lovely fulham home!

The room is the biggest room in the house with a double bed two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bedside table and dressing room chair. This room gets lots of natural light all day and has ample space (£1100 total = £950 rent + £150 all bills water, gas electric, council tax(Tax Band D), internet)

The house is a first floor maisonette one bathroom (bath/shower) with great water pressure, filtered showerhead (and heats up very fast!) the house is double glazed throughout the property and the heating only takes 5 mins to warm up the whole house! and a garden which is great in the summer!

Kitchen comes with new fridge/freezer, newly serviced boiler, washing machine and we will be getting a new dryer fitted soon. I also have ample appliances, cordless Dyson, food processor etc.

The house was refreshed and renovated a few years ago and we continue to refresh the house as we go. There is no living room in this home but we don’t really notice it! This house is my parent’s property we take great pride in taking care of it for them.

I also have the most loving and adorable 5 year old sprocker spaniel, he is very bubbly and friendly (and bonus he doesn’t bark at all!) and I may be biased but I think he is the funniest dog in the world! so loving dogs and not minding living with a dog is a must!

The house is in such a great location and on a quiet, peaceful road in Sands End, Fulham. It’s down the road from Fulham Wharf Sainsbury’s.
-7mins walk from Imperial Wharf overground station.
-20 min walk from Fulham Broadway Underground station.
- Bus stop is at the end of our road where the C3 goes directly to Earls Court or right across the road goes straight to Clapham Junction.

A little bit about me and my partner

We are both freelancers in the creative field. My work is split between working from home and being on set whereas my partner is usually working out of the house or frequently travelling so it will mainly be me that you will be seeing around the house.

The perfect fit for this home is for a professional female* that wants to create a chilled household, have our own lives going on but still very friendly around the house. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping their home clean and tidy, a professional & like minded person who is looking for somewhere to call home, and not just a room to rent :) Also someone who will treat this like their own place and take pride in its appearance and cleanliness.

*we are looking for girls only, this is a non-negotiable for us, thank you.
