The room is for single occupancy only. To maintain the tranquil nature of the house, this is not a suitable space for hosting friends, gatherings, or overnight guests.

This would be a good fit for someone who:

*Is independent and respectful of shared space
*Appreciates a calm atmosphere at the end of the day

An important note, I am looking to move once I have found somewhere so this will need to be a month to month basis.
