Hey guys! My flatmate and I have got 1 room available from beginning of October as our current flatmate is moving out.
The room is £1100 excluding bills, located in Sands End, Fulham, 5 mins for imperial whart overground. 20mins walk to Fulham Broadway, C3 bus stops at the end of the road to Clapham junction and Earl's Court. Stones throw away from the Fulham Arms. 🍻
Current flatmates are Ellie and Leo, both 26 (pictured), we'd like to keep the current dynamic of the flat which is friendly and social, where we can all do our own thing but we're also all friends and spend time together at the weekends etc. We usually do chilled movies nights, cooking dinner together occasionally as well as pub trips and dinner parties etc :)
