Quiet Ensuite Student Accommodation Station Court

Looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Unite Station Court.

It's a nice and cozy ensuite on the ground floor. The view is just an ivy wall, so it's green and nice and no one will walk around outside your window. The picture attached is from Unite's website. In reality, this room is the same layout but it's mirrored. See video. The bathroom is spacious, and the room as a whole has a lot of storage, including the under-bed storage to be seen in the video. The desk is really large, so if you're a student who takes up lots of space, worry not!

Right now there are no other students living in the other 5 rooms and they're unlikely to come back, so you'd be the only one living there. The kitchen has both a kitchen area and a living room area with couches. Just as for the room itself, the windows in the kitchen just face ivy so it's super private despite being on the ground floor.

The location is only 5 minutes walk away from Seven Sisters tube station with Victoria line (=super convenient to go into the city, especially if you go to UCL), and a big Tesco. There's also lots of restaurants and smaller shops, and right outside the building is the Overground station South Tottenham. About 15-20 minutes walk is Tottenham Hale, with excellent bus and National Rail connections, and Tottenham Hale Retail Park with just about all you need shop-wise.

I'm very flexible if you want to move in a bit later, the contract would still end in very early September. Just get in touch and we can sort it out. :)
