Double Room in Creative Warehouse

We have a double room WITHOUT a window available in our live/work unit just round the corner from the busy warehouse community on Fountayne Road.



It's about 3.5m x 3.5m

Rent is £600 and the deposit is £600.

There’s now a £21 add-on for gas and electricity.



You just need to give a month's notice when you want to leave.

You would be sharing with a lovely mix of artists, landscapers, musicians and 9-5ers. This is not a party house so if you're looking for somewhere to host impromptu Tuesday night raves then this is not the place for you! However somebody who's happy to chat or have a jam in the main room would be ideal :)

We have a rule that noise is kept to a minimum past midnight on weekdays, but weekends are a more relaxed with noise and tend to involve attending parties in the local area, jam sessions with our neighbours and the occasional barbecue or Sunday 'recovery roast'.



Transport .. Apart from the nice 7 min walk to the station , you're on the Victoria line ( the fastest line), and in central London in 15 mins. Seven sisters has an overground as well. In the opposite direction again a 7-10 min walk and you'll reach Tottenham hale which has a handy train to Stansted. Also Lots of buses..



We’re looking for people who are ok with living with musicians who occasionally rehearse and record here - mainly in the day time but occasionally early evening. The 2 musician’s rooms are quite soundproofed so it's not a problem to be honest!


We can’t have couples or pets unfortunately.
