Large double room in a flat shared with 2 people

Hello!
We have available from 7th of June (or if you prefer 1 week later) a comfortable double room.
We are looking for a female person who is considerate about sharing the flat with only 2 working flatmates.
The room is furnished with a double bed, three chests of drawers and... and... it also has as you can see a wardrobe...There is also built in storage space.
The bathroom is separate from the toilet.
The kitchen with a tiled floor has a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine, an electric oven and gas cooker... plus a table with three chairs ready for your dinner...
Very good connections, excellent transport links to central London by tube, overground rail or day/night buses.
The flat is located within walking distance from Seven Sisters or Manor House tube stations, Stamford Hill or Haringey rail or overground stations.
Haringey, Stamford Hill, Wood Green and Tottenham Hale shoping centres are nearby as well plenty of off licenses.
Our street is quiet and minutes away from parks.
The flat has double glazing, wooden flooring (not messy all-over floor old and dirty carpets!), central heating (with cheaper bills every 3 months, not on prepaid key for gas and electricity, which is usually very expensive) and has very fast wifi.
The access to our flats is controlled by safe doors entry systems of intercom and security fob/code.
The price 165£ per week includes all bills apart from gas and electricity shared between us: now after heating season it is about 7£ p/w per person.
The rent for a couple to be agreed.
This is a quiet house with plenty of privacy time as we work and we welcome flatmates alike: professional or students respectful of others and cleaning after themselves.
We take care about our house and like to keep it nice and tidy:)
Long term would be preferred but will consider short lets too.
