Double Room in Seven Sisters

About the flat:
We are a flat of 3 and one of us is moving out, hence we are looking to replace our 3rd roommate in middle of October 2026.

The room is a double with floor to ceiling windows. Room is technically unfurnished, but option for fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and drawers as she won’t be taking these with her.

We’re conveniently located within a 10 minute walk from seven sisters tube and overground station, in a safe and modern apartment block, with a free gym and bike storage. The flat itself is large, with a big open plan living/dining area/kitchen and you would be sharing a bathroom with Sinead
. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual mod cons.

About us:
You will be living with Sinead and Charlotte - we met on Spareroom this year, and Charlotte has lived in this flat for 5 years
We are both professionals working in London and mix it up between working from home and venturing into the office.
We enjoy exploring local London pubs and restaurants, cooking meals for friends in the flat, binge watching crappy TV and the occasional night out/festival!
We are tidy, clean and respectful of people’s personal space but also very sociable and would love a friendly, sociable, likeminded housemate.

Important bits:
The rental rate for the room is £740pcm + bills which covers energy, water, council tax, TV/broadband and a cleaner every other week
