Join us in our beautiful and bright warehouse in Seven Sisters / Tottenham Hale!

Room with internal window: £700, available from next Monday (23/02)

(INC. bills, tax, weekly cleaner, various subscriptions)

Room is Furnished and will be cleared for your things :)

Located on Fountayne Road we’re a 5-10 minute walk to the Victoria Line, with National Rail, Overground and Buses all walking distance around the area. We’re also only 5-10 minutes from a riverside stroll along the Lea and the beautiful nature of the Wetlands and Marshes.

We’re a social household and you’ll be sharing the space with 6 other lovely humans (ages 28-32) and a cat called Mr Cowboy.

We'd love it if you wanna get involved in house activities like evenings in and dinners/ games nights/ pool tournaments or evenings out at pubs and beyond over the weekend.

Accessibility-wise our unit is in an old building with a flight of stairs and sadly no lift. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly with a mix of straight and queer residents.

We also have a coworking space with desks and screens, but there aren’t enough spots for everyone so we couldn’t guarantee a desk everyday if you were full-time WFH.

We would consider taking couples but rent would be more, and the room is a small double so may be hard for you!
