The bathroom is shared between three bedrooms, one of which is occupied by a female tenant who works and studies.

The home is quiet, tidy, and well cared for, set in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood.
The ground floor includes a living room and private bedroom suite occupied by the landlord (that’s me).
There is a large shared kitchen on the ground floor, fully equipped with all appliances, including a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
The kitchen has all cookware, cutlery, and utensils, ready for everyone to use.
I also have a lovely back garden, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sunshine, or having a quiet cup of tea outdoors.

The house is in a great location, with a bus stop right outside and the station nearby. It’s also within walking distance of a supermarket, local shops, a clinic, schools, a lovely park, and a cosy café everything you need is close by.
