Loft room in 2 bed warehouse, Tottenham short let

I have a loft room going in Tottenham in a 2 bed warehouse from June 1st to July 15th. So it’s a short let got 1.5 months. About the flat -

The home is located in Tottenham, 10 min walk from either Seven Sister station of Tottenham Hale station. Well connected in terms of public transport. The flat is within the creative warehouse district here in Tottenham, a vibrant and unique area. You’ll be sharing the flat with myself and two friendly cats while their owner is away, subletting her room.

The room is in the loft space of the flat, accessible via a ladder. It’s a small but cosy room and will come furnished with a bed, side table and clothes rail. The cats spend most of their time in the courtyard and living room, not in the bedrooms. So we keep the space clean however it’s not best for someone who is allergic to cats.

The mood of the house is calm, not a party house and the neighbours are chill and respectful. Lots of natural light which will be great in the summer months. I’m looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy and respectful of the space, ideally not working from home everyday but of course that option is there if needed. I’ll be doing viewings from the week commencing May 11th, so drop me a message if you’re interesting.

About me, your flatmate -

I’m a designer and artist, I work from home a couple of days a week and the rest of the time at my studio in Hackney. I enjoy cooking at home, the occasional dinner with flatmates but also enjoy my own space after work but I’m usually out of the house most days/ evenings. I’m into the arts, diy, skateboarding, travel and being in nature. I’m also quite new to the flat so I’m still getting to know the area but there are loads of good spots for food or drinks nearby.
