The flat was renovated in 2024 and is pre-furnished with vintage and designer furniture, skylights, double-height ceilings, mezzanine workspaces, and a large open-plan shared living area in the center of a creative community.

The available room includes:
• Furnished bedroom
• Shared loft office/studio space directly connected to the room
• Vintage/designer furnishings
• Professional deep cleaning before move-in, including steam-cleaned mattress and upholstery

• Large shared living space with projector setup
• Fully equipped kitchen

Rent is £1100/month.

Wifi and water are included.

Gas, electric, and council tax (Band C) are split evenly between 4 tenants and paid quarterly. These usually average approximately:
• £30/month gas
• £30/month electric
• £31/month council tax
(roughly £100/month total per person)

Deposit is one month’s rent (£1100).

The entire flat comes fully furnished and is curated and maintained by the landlord, who works professionally with antiques and vintage furniture. Furniture can potentially be adjusted slightly to suit the tenant’s needs, but large outside furniture or mattresses are not permitted.

Current tenants are all young professionals with creative interests:
• Professional photographer and studio owner
• Soho bar manager with interests in fashion and cooking
• Young professional interested in fashion and travel

We occasionally host dinners or small social gatherings and are looking for somebody friendly, communicative, and respectful who enjoys living in a shared creative environment.

A few important things:
• We are a no-shoes flat
• No smoking indoors
• Credit check required
• Cleanliness and communication are very important to us
• Everyone contributes equally to maintaining the space
• The building is very secure, with a coded entrance, as well as a large additional coded gate outside

We all have busy schedules, so we’re looking for somebody considerate, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Ideally somebody who naturally keeps shared spaces clean and contributes positively to the atmosphere of the flat.

Concerning pets, please note that existing allergies within the flat and the spiral staircase layout may make some pets unsuitable, particularly dogs.

We’re also open to shorter-term stays (minimum 3 months), especially for students or professionals relocating temporarily for work/projects.
