* Large furnished double room with NO window
* Comes with a desk, chest of drawers, double bed, and everything shown in the pictures
* I’ll move all my personal belongings out before you move in

* Spacious warehouse-style home with a large open-plan living space
* Two shared bathroom, one with a bath/shower + toilet, plus a second separate toilet and sink
* You’ll be living with 8 friendly people in their twenties — social, relaxed, and respectful house vibes

📍 Location:

* 5–10 min walk to Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line)
* Around 25 mins into central London
* 5 mins from Markfield Park
* 5-10 min walk to the River Lea canal and Tottenham Marshes — beautiful green/natural spaces in London
