I am SOOOOOOOOOOO sad to leave this flat, it is such a steal and easily the best place I have ever rented in London. I'm moving in with my boyfriend in the next couple of months (traitor, I know) so I am looking for a girlie to take over my room.

The details:

Location: Seven Sisters - 8-minute walk to both the Victoria Line underground and the Weaver overground (liv. street). Also, a 15-minute walk to South Tottenham for the Suffragette Line. So well connected!!

Price: £805 a month in rent (such a steal) + bills & council tax - all in every month it comes to ~ £930 - 960. We recently got a cleaner twice a month, which is an additional £40 a month each.
kitchen/dining
Amenities: There is a big Tesco 10 min walk away, as well as so many local shops around (1 is under a minute away), there are cafe's and restaurants too, as well as a beautiful park nearby.

The flat: 3 bed, big open plan living and kitchen / dining area, floor to ceiling windows - so bright and airy (plants THRIVE here), one of the rooms has an ensuite, so this bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person. Electric hobs. The flat stays warm throughout winter, we literally put the heating on like 5 times a year.

The flatmates: 2 other cool girlies. We are 28, 35, 35 so in this age bracket would be Ideal. It's a super harmonious flatshare, everyone is chill, clean, friendly, we integrate our own friendship groups, everyone does their bit naturally, we all look out for eachother, we share kitchen stuff (not food) and appliances, so if you're someone who likes to keep everything separate, this wouldn’t work for you. We all work corporate jobs and are hybrid.

The Room: SO spacious, private balcony, Double bed, bright, can come furnished - I bought everything in the bedroom off of the previous flatmate, who bought it all new (excluding the balcony bistro set, which I added and is coming with me) and happy to chuck all of it in for £150. The bed lifts up, and there's lots of storage in there. There is a desk, desk chair, cupboard, drawers, deck chairs and two bedside tables, and of course the double bed.

There is also a gym in the building, which is free and has no additional cost. We have a key fob to get in and out.

There is lots of storage in the Kitchen too, as well as an airing cupboard in the hallway. The Bathroom has a huge built-in cabinet for all your products, etc., so there's plenty of room.

Move-in date: I’m currently viewing for my next property, so ideally someone who is flexible (The aim is ASAP)
