Double room close to tube, with garden and cat

We’re looking for a 3rd housemate for our lovely home in Seven Sisters, we’re located right by the tube/overground station so transport links are great!

We have a lovely secluded garden, and our cat Daz who loves a sunbathe and a cuddle.

The room is compact but can fit a desk and a double bed- it can come with a bed, rails and a small chest of drawers- or can be unfurnished. It has a nice view over the park behind the house.

Bathroom would be shared with only one other person. We keep the house clean and tidy, Ina has lived here for nearly 9 years and Alison has been here for 2!

We’re both 35 and work in the charity sector, we love a swim at the reservoir, and a tv binge if we’re both home. We’re a very sociable house but also do our own thing, and we’re not a party house.

We both work from home sometimes but also go into the office 2 or 3 days.

We’re looking for a female housemate, who is a similar age, who wants to be part of a homely friendly household!

£685 for rent and the rest is bills
