It’s a large double room split into a sleeping area and an open mezzanine type space, in a four bed warehouse shared with three other creatives. The house has a really good energy, calm and considered but with a social side too.

The rent includes access to the studio in the main space if needed, just needs to be communicated with the main tenant as and when you need to use it.

We have a brilliant little community around us, studios and artists on all sides, and a cafe literally seconds away that basically functions as a second living room. Great for working from, or sitting outside with a drink as the weather picks up.

Ideal for someone creative who wants a base in a g enuinely lovely part of London for the summer. If at all interested, I can hop on a video call or you can come view the space in the next three weeks.
