Room Available in Seven Sisters/Haringey

Hi !!

We’re looking for a new person to take over the tenancy of our current housemate as she’s moving in with her boyfriend. It’s a big double room in a beautiful 3-floor house with a garden. We get lots of natural light, we have great transport links (victoria line, weaver overground, and bus routes to central and hackney), and it’s a quiet residential area (except for game days at tottenham, but the atmosphere is great). We have a big tesco a 10 minute walk away, as well as smaller grocery stores, coffee shops, and independent restaurants. We’re 3 women in our early 20’s, all either students or starting out in professional jobs after finishing up our masters! We’d love a friend as much as a flatmate, and enjoy doing group dinners, trips to the pub, movie nights etc - but also value downtime and personal space! The tenancy would be until May 2027 as our landlord wants to renovate over next summer - but we’d be looking for a new place together at this time! With bills, we end up paying around £920 a month.
