Affordable Sublet in Tottenham Hale

Sublet available from 16th of July to 3rd of September (I'm willing to negotiate Flexibility surrounding the start and end date).
Price can be negotiated based on how many days you will stay but the rent price per month would be £670.00 so for example the full 7 weeks would be roughly calculated to £1172.00. All bills are included.

The room is in unit 37 on fountayne Road, really short walk to Tottenham Hale and seven sisters so quite well connected. It's a mixed gender, queer friendly household. You'll also be sharing with a cat named botox. There’s a large shared communal area, where a fair few communal dinners and movie nights occur.

The room itself comes fully furnished, photos show the room as it's in use but I'll move all my clothes etc. Into the storage room during your stay.

Quite a big Possibility of a longer/more permanent stay as a flatmate is considering leaving in September
