LGBTQ+ friendly house in Seven Sisters

Hello!

Our housemate is sadly moving out so we are looking for someone to replace her.

The room is on the ground floor and comes furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and 2x chest of drawers. It's available from the end of July and is £775 a month with all bills included.

The rest of the house has a kitchen with a dining room, a shared bathroom upstairs and a smaller shared toilet downstairs. We also have a garden at the back of the house. Seven Sisters tube station is a 1 minute walk away, with South Tottenham overground 5 minutes away.

We are four professional girls in our late 20s and early 30s, so ideally looking for someone in a similar stage of life. I'm an art teacher in a primary school, Katie works in tech, Aiesha is a teaching assistant and Jemima is in admin. We are respectful of each other's space and it's important to us that communal areas are kept clean. The vibe of our house is calm and peaceful, but we do like to be sociable and have friends round. We would love someone communicative and considerate who tidies up after themselves, and being LGBTQ+ friendly is absolutely essential. We've made our house a home and would appreciate a housemate who likes to do the same. Our summer project is to sort out the garden so anyone keen to lend a hand would be very welcome!
