Room in Seven Sister from 1 September

The room 1

I'm leaving London on 1 September for a few months and am looking to sublet my room in a spacious flat in Seven Sisters.

Being an old Local Authority building, the living room and kitchen are huge, and the place is filled with light throughout each day.

This is actually a 3-bed property, too. My flatmate and I have made the smallest single bedroom into an office that we share throughout the week.

My room is the smaller of the two, but there is still a good amount of space in it. I will be moving my things out of it and leaving the furniture in place, so you won't need to live around my stuff.

We also have a range of kitchen appliances you can use, space to store a bike, decent WiFi, and we're only a few minutes' walk from Seven Sisters tube and overground.

(One note is that we are on the third floor, and unfortunately there is no lift, only four short flights of stairs.)

We'd be looking for someone conscientious and friendly, who can reliably pay the rent and bills (about £180 per month) on time.
