Room in Seven Sister from 15 November

The room 1

I'm looking to sublet my room in a spacious flat in Seven Sisters for a month, from 15 November to 15 December, while I'm away in Asia.

Being an old Local Authority building, the living room and kitchen are huge, and the place is filled with light throughout each day.

This is actually a 3-bed property, too. My flatmate and I have made the smallest single bedroom into an office that we share throughout the week.

My room is the smaller of the two, but there is still a good amount of space in it. I will be moving my things out of it and leaving the furniture in place, so you won't need to live around my stuff.

We also have a range of kitchen appliances you can use, enough space in the flat to store a bike, decent WiFi, and we're only a few minutes' walk from Seven Sisters tube and overground. Bills are roughly £180 per month.

(One note is that we are on the third floor, and unfortunately there is no lift, only four short flights of stairs.)
