Modern bedroom in Seven Sisters

Lovely bedroom on the top floor of a modern house, which has been recently refurbished.

The bedroom has a lovely, unobstructed view of the back garden. There is privacy film on the window and an adjustable, fitted blind.

New double bed with new mattress and pillows; desk and storage space.

There are two other bedrooms on the same floor (my son's and mine).

There is one family bathroom and one cloakroom.

Spacious fitted kitchen, and living room with a small balcony. Rear garden.

We have a friendly cat.

My son will be off to uni in September so it will mostly be two people in the house, my daughter and I.

We both work f/time with days where we work from home. We are both quiet however, you must appreciate that you are sharing the space.

The house is off the main road in a very quiet, peaceful setting. Seven Sisters station is a 10-minute walk: there is the Victoria line, overground and plenty of buses. We are near Tottenham Hale which has the train that goes to Stansted.

There are local shops and supermarkets nearby.
