SUBLET short term (up to 3 months) in N15

Hello! I'm looking to sublet my room in N15 for around two months while I take some time away from London. I'm fairly flexible on both the start date and length of stay, but ideally I'm looking for someone who can stay for at least two months.

Looking for:
Female, ideally aged 25–35
Someone who doesn't work from home full-time

You'll be living with one other female (27), who works as a nanny. She's currently on school holidays, so she'll be around the flat quite a bit during August and early September. During term time she doesn't leave for work until around 2:30pm.

As it's a small two-bedroom flat, we'd ideally like someone who works from an office or is out during the day for at least three weekdays a week. The occasional day working from home is absolutely fine but with my flatmate being in most of the day it's a small communal space to share if someone is on meetings a lot etc.

The flat is cosy and fully furnished with fast internet. I'll clear out my clothes and personal belongings, but the room will remain furnished with my bed, shelves, lamps, books and artwork. It would be perfect for someone looking for somewhere to live in between figuring out a longer term situation or anyone looking for a stopgap in London.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, air fryer, and plenty of cooking stuff, plates and cutlery.

We have a private garden at the back that gets lots of sun in the mornings. My bedroom (the one that you'd be staying in) is super light in the mornings until early afternoon - I took the pics of my bedroom on this post around 8pm so it looks a little dark here.

15-minute walk to Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line)
5-minute walk to Stamford Hill Station (Weaver Line)

Rent is 1000pcm before bills. I am happy to pay the council tax but I would want someone to split gas/electric bills during their stay.
