Small single room in Seven Sisters

We're a group of 4 friends looking for a like-minded tenant to join our friendly house share in Seven Sisters (North London).

The room itself is 600pm (all bills + council tax + weekly cleaner inc), it's first floor, small but comes furnished with a semi-double bed, draws, built-in closet.

Contract is monthly rolling with a 60-day notice period.

The house is a renovated new build with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, communal living area/kitchen and a spacious garden. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, it's only 2 mins walk from Seven Sisters tube with excellent links into central (Oxford Circus less than 20 mins away on Victoria line).

We're all working professionals and have been living together for around 4 years (with one newer housemate in the last 11 months)

As a house we spend time hanging out in the communal area, cooking and watching TV. But also are respectful of each others space allowing for personal time. It's a nice balance so we're looking for a chilled person who will fit the dynamic nicely.

The room is available September and we'll be meeting any prospective tenant to ensure it's a good fit as soon as possible.
