Huge Bright Room Free Gym & 6 Mins to Tube

Really big, bright and airy room available in our four bed house in Seven Sisters. The house is spread over three floors so there’s loads of space and it never feels cramped. The room itself is huge and comes with a king size bed. It’s at the back of the house so it’s really private and looks out onto loads of trees and greenery, which is really nice and peaceful in the summer and amazing and cozy in winter when it’s raining on the the private balcony.

Downstairs we’ve got a big open plan kitchen and living room, a decent-sized garden, a large downstairs toilet and then the main bathroom upstairs. There’s also a parking space on a private drive outside attached to the house and a secure bike storage shed.

We also have a gym literally about 6 seconds from the front door It’s free for residents to use every day, which is obviously a massive bonus if you’re into the gym or just don’t fancy paying for a membership. I have been here four years and never once seen it have more than three people in. Seven Sisters station is about a 6 minute walk away, so you’ve got the Victoria Line straight into central London, plus it runs 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights which is ridiculously handy.

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be living with three girls who all have professional jobs. Sometimes they work from home and sometimes they’re out at work, so during the week the house is generally pretty chilled. Everyone gets on really well and it’s definitely a social house. They’ll hang out together, watch films, chill in the living room, go out to parties or for drinks etc, but everyone also does their own thing and is happy spending time at home alone, so there’s a really nice balance.

We’re basically looking for someone with a similar vibe friendly, sociable and happy to hang out with everyone, but also independent and respectful of each other’s space. Gender doesn’t matter at all, it’s much more about finding the right person who will fit in with the house. I myself have been at this property for four years now and absolutely love it but I will be moving out to live with my partner so that is why my room is being offered up.
