Hiya! We’re looking for someone to move into our lovely house in Seven Sisters.
The room is a single room in a beautiful house with 2 bathrooms, a massive kitchen, living room and garden. The room also comes with a bed.
You’ll be living with PierPaolo and Luca, who are both from Sardinia and work in the bar industry 🍻🇮🇹. They’re friendly, easy-going and are looking for someone who’ll be a good fit for the house.
💷 Rent: £700 per month, bills excluded
💰 Deposit: £846 (Total split equally between all 3 tenants)
Bills are usually around £150 per month and include gas, electric, water, council tax and WiFi.
📍 Location:
The house is in a great spot, just:
* 🚇 8-minute walk to Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line)
* 🚇 10-minute walk to Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line)
* 🚌 Lots of buses and night buses nearby
It’s a really convenient location with everything you need close by!
Move-in date: 4th October but can be flexible
