Double room, Seven Sisters

Bedroom

We’re looking to fill our third bedroom for 6 months until we move to East London next year. We both work in hospitality so don’t spend loads of time in the flat so we value keeping it clean and tidy for when we do.

The bedroom itself has lots of natural light and a built in wardrobe. We have a large living room and separate kitchen plus a balcony. We have furniture but our previous flatmate is taking their bed, we have a spare bedframe though if needed and can discuss mattress arrangements.

Our council tax and water bill are included in our rent. At the start of November the rent will be increasing to £866 per month, which including all other bills would work out to £900 overall.

The area itself is lovely, we have a 24 hour corner shop 1 minute away and plenty of coffee shops and pubs around.

We’re looking for someone easygoing and tidy. Open to anyone really.
