Spacious room available in N15 warehouse for short- or long-term let.

I’m sadly moving out of the unit soon after 2 and a half years there. Room has been a great home to me and will be a great home to someone else soon.

The room is very spacious, with a lot of potential and scope for you to decorate and personalise. Also lots of options for storage space.

Please note, bed is currently on a mezzanine so does involve a bit of a climb to get to.

There are 6 rooms in total so you’ll be sharing with 5 lovely people. There is a shared living room, fully furnished kitchen area and bathroom. Rent is £650 a month, which includes gas and electric. Room is available any time from 31st August to mid-September - can be flexible with this for the right person.

As a warehouse room, it comes with a few pros (e. g. space, cost and lovely community) but also some cons (e. g. old building, some quirky construction). Please do keep this in mind if messaging. Current flatmates are in the process of signing a new lease with the landlord, which I can provide more information about when arranging the viewing.
