Double room seven sisters

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my lovely home in Seven Sisters.

4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plenty of storage, including 2 little storage rooms, a big living room with a sofa bed and a garden.

1 double room on the third floor. I got it unfurnished but happy to sell my furniture (double bed + mattress, shelves and clothing rail with shelf unit used for <1 year) if you're interested.

You'll be living with queer bipoc 24-29 working in arts, hospitality and education. Not a party house; more wholesome vibes where we do a mix of our own thing but also come together for shows/dinner chats etc. Need to be respectful of shared spaces and everyone's schedule.

Rent 750, deposit 750 (paid to outgoing flatmate), and bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax, wifi) 100-150. 5 minutes walk away from station.

Move in 12 Sept but can be available earlier if needed. Feel free to dm for more info/pictures etc. Viewings ASAP!
