Early Oct-Late Nov Sublet in 2br Seven Sisters

I'll be away from 5 October to 25 November, and am looking to sublet my room in a beautiful 2br (some flexibility for start and end date).

You'd be roommate with my friend, who's a PhD student at UCL, and a cockatiel who lives in the common area and whom we let hang out in the common space during the day (my roommate will take care of it including cleaning up after). The flat has a spacious living room, modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, shared bathroom, and a private balcony and patio. All the furniture in the pictures will be available.

The flat is 4min walk from Seven Sisters station, where it's just 8min ride to King's Cross via Victoria Line.
