Bright Double Room Sublet in N15 (2-3 months)

Hi! I'm subletting my double room in N15 for 2-3 months as I travel for work:

Nov 13 - End of Jan / Mid Feb
(dates can be slightly flexible)

Super close to Seven Sisters station, in a quiet residential street and very well connected. All shops and a couple of lovely cafes within a block or two of reach. You'd be sharing the place with my friend Valeria, a pottery artist and creative of all kinds (most of our tableware she designed). The room is very spacious and bright, it faces the main street and is part of a two stores Victorian house - upstairs are the bedrooms, downstairs are a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There's also a small private back garden!

I work from home so you'd also have my standing desk setup and monitor available to use, if you'd like.

The most important thing is that very much love our home and are looking for someone chill, clean, and tidy to treat it as well as we do, ideally a professional. It's a peaceful place that I'm extremely happy with, and while it helps me to offset the rental cost while away my key priority is to find the right considerate person. No couples or pets sadly :(
