Looking for a third to rent this lovely flat!

Ginnie, 35 Gardener and I, Alessia 30 Producer are looking for a third person to rent out this flat.

We reckon we could maybe get the rent reduced slightly and we’d like to offer the biggest room so based on square footage would be roughly 950-960 (maybe more if we could negotiate lower overall rent).

I am mostly working out but do occasionally get 1/2 days wfh. Ginnie is a gardener so needs to be out but doesn’t work when the weather is poop.

We like to cook together and watch the telly and hang out together but also love our alone time so happy for whoever to either join in or unwind by themselves after a long day.

It’s unfurnished so we would have to hunt for some fb marketplace steals (unless you have any furniture to offer haha).

Don’t know what the bills would come to yet but I imagine betweeen 150-200 depending on season
