Hi, I would like to find some one to replace my contract since I will leave London in June. Unite students only rent rooms to students so you have to be a student to replace the contract. This ensuite room is packed with features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable single bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi connected work space. A typical room is 12.5 meters squared with plenty of room for your stuff with a large wardrobe and under-bed storage space. You will have a shared lounge and fully fitted kitchen area to relax in with your flat mates. The existing flatemates are all students from various universities including UCL, City, Metropolitan Uni, AA and academy music. There are also common rooms with TV, table football, and other games, a study room and laundry room. The transport is pretty convenient 1 min walking to bus stop and 3 min walking to underground station. By underground to you head to euston\king's cross\oxford circus\piccadilly circus within 20 mins. There are also a Tesco, Sainsbury, chinese supermarket, barclays, gym and a park nearby so basically you will get everything you need in a walking distance. The start date of contract is pretty flexible since I can move out on any day of June. The end of the contract is 3rd September. You can extend it if you would like. The rent is negotiable, depending on the period you rent. I can still turn down the price and leave you many of my furnitures.
