I’m on the hunt for a lovely new flatmate to take over my tenancy in my current flatshare!

The room built-in wardrobe, flat has ample storage space and heated flooring with each room having it’s own thermostat.

The flat is a 7 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (victoria/piccadilly line plus national rail and excellent bus links) and about 15 minute walk to Holloway Road.

The flat is modern and spacious. It consists of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower each (2 people per bathroom), two storage rooms, an open plan kitchen fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a cozy living room. There are airy and long windows in every room, making the apartment very well lit with natural light.

The flat is just moments away from shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities - Tesco Express on the other side of the road,
five minutes walk from Morrisons and Lidl, 10 minutes walk from Waitrose.

You will be joining three flatmates; one girl, two guys all professionals and all lovely!

You’ll share the bathroom with James, the sweetest guy! He works a lot so you likely wont likely see him much but he’s happy to be social when he’s home. I’ll be sad not to live with him anymore!

The room is £900 PCM and bills come to roughly £100 each per month- less in the summer.
