Double room in a very central location _short term

Howdyyy hi!

We have a spare room available in our house for the next few months and we’re looking for a short term flatmate who’s easygoing, sociable, and looking for a place to call home.

The House & Location:

The place is very central and well-connected. It just a 3 minutes’ walk to Shadwell DLR so the City and Canary Wharf are less than 10mins away. Also the Overground is a 3 minutes walk making trips to Hackney and South London super quick! It is also only one stop to Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line) with great connections all around the city.

Neighberhood is quiet and charming with lots of local pubs, and shops nearby, with great riverside walks just around the corner.

About the house:

I work in business development and am starting a business simultaneously so can be busy at times. Marcus is a creative who is into content creating, digital matketing, acting snd many other things!

We like to keep a good balance between going out and chilling at home. I go to the office everyday and follow it by a gym / pilates / spin session. When i am eventually home I wind down with a cuppa and maybe some TV.

I’m into music, festivals, pub nights, board games, and sports. Always up for a pint and a chat, but I also respect people’s space and downtime.

What I’m Looking For:
Someone friendly, considerate, and tidy who’ll treat the house like their own.
