Hi. I live in a quiet 2 bedroom flat. Living room is welcome for sharing. The flat is situated on the second floor (no lift) very close to Shadwell Overground and Shadwell DLR Station- 5 mins walk.
The local market is situated 5 mins walk from the flat with shops also located nearby. I am very quiet person, work majority of my time and my work is office based. I don't have any visitors. I have a male cat Snuffles. Non smoking household. Ideally I am looking for someone quiet and ideally a female, non smoker. No parties and guests allowed. All bills included. I like to keep the flat clean so we all can enjoy our environment.
So please make sure you tidy the kitchen and bathroom after use. Also please keep your room tidy.
The bedroom comes fully furnished. It has been recently painted and has a soundproof ceiling installed alongside neighbouring living room where soundproof ceiling also has been placed. TV is also provided with cable programmes. Washing machine and the tumble dryer both provided.
Gas safety inspection completed with no fault to report in November 2025- available on request
Carbon monoxide alarm fitted in the kitchen,1 x smoke alarm fitted in the corridor, kitchen and one in the living room.
My property's Council Tax is Band B
