Charming double room available in Shadwell

Hello people! A charming double room is available in the 11th floor of a building with great views of London. My flatmate is moving and we are looking for someone to take over the contract. It's strengths are the location, 1 minute from Shadwell DLR and Overground and walking distance to the City and Whitechapel. I have a City job and I walk to office everyday. Your room has its own working desk. We share a bathroom, living room and kitchen. I am looking for someone who doesn't work remotely too much, is clean (especially with the bathroom & toilet), good-natured and friendly. I'd love to get a drink over the weekend and pursue hobbies together, respecting each other's privacy of course.
