There is a Santander bike station directly outside the building. If you have your own bike, there is a lockable storage area outside.

Bills are fully included in the rent, including unlimited internet.

You’re welcome to smoke outside, but not indoors.
The flat is shared with one other lodger — a young primary school teacher — and we’d prefer to rent to a female professional working in a vocational field.

The live-in landlady, Kat, usually lives in Greece, where she runs a small animal rescue, but stays at the flat intermittently.
The neighbourhood is mainly Bengali and very friendly — you’ll often see kids playing outside and washing lines filled with colour. There’s a real sense of community here.
We always have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables around, bought from Stepney Farm or the local Bengali shops nearby (which are wonderfully affordable!). Iceland and Sainsbury’s are also close.

We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and enjoy a relaxed, respectful home environment — everyone has their own space, but we also like chatting and sharing moments together. This is a home, not just a rental.
