Hi potential housemate,

I am currently looking for someone to join me in a 2 bedroom flat in Shadwell, as my current flatmate is moving on.

THE FLAT:
Located in Shadwell, 5 minutes from the DLR and Overground stations.
1 large double room with en-suite available in 2 bedroom flat.
Communal living room with all amenities; washer/dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, appliances, crockery/cutlery, television, storage.
The room comes with large built-in wardrobe space and queen bed.
Modern design, kept very clean.

ME:
I am a 31 year old, non-binary, hospitality professional. I work often and am quite ambi-social, but nonetheless very friendly. Likewise, I am very clean and well-kept. I keep lots of plants, I am a vegetarian, fairly alt in my interests and music, big horror fan, wine-obsessed, and an avid birder.

I'd be looking for someone with a professional nature, similarly aged, LGBT+ and Veggie/Vegan preferable.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
£1100pcm with all bills, including council tax, included, can't say fairer than that!
Council tax Band D (again, included).
Will require an upfront deposit.
Long-term stays preferable.
