I'm heading to New York from 15 August to 30 November, so I'm looking for someone to sublet my room during that time.

The flat is in a fantastic East London location with excellent transport links:

🚆 5-minute walk to Shadwell Station (DLR & Windrush Overground)
🚆 10-minute walk to Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & City, Circle and Windrush lines)
🚆 20-minute walk to Aldgate Station (Metropolitan & Circle lines)
🚌 Bus routes 15, 115 and 135 stop right outside the building, and it's only around 15 minutes to Liverpool Street Station, giving easy access to the Central, Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines, as well as National Rail services and the Stansted Express.

The area is one of my favourite things about living here. You're within walking distance of Bethnal Green, Wapping, Hackney and Victoria Park, all packed with great pubs, cafés, restaurants and independent shops.

Rent is £1,012 per month and includes all bills:

- Heating (unlimited!)
- Monthly professional cleaning of the communal areas

You'll be sharing with my two flatmates, Ale and Ashna, who are both friendly professionals living and working in London. The flat has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and we'd love to find someone who'll fit in well with the household.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Happy with a cosy night in, but also enjoys the occasional night out
