1 Large room to rent in shared flat in Shadwell

I am a 27yr Male professional who's flat mate is moving out end of August 2026.

Current tenancy is up in April, you'll replace the previous tenant. I am looking to stay here for longer than that and so are welcome to stay.

I'm looking for someone to fill the room.

Flat is currently furnished by myself, happy for input or for you to also make the home as yours as is mine.

Room currently has a super king size bed, desk, storage and wardrobe. These all can be changed as I own all the furniture In the flat.

Bathroom, living room, kitchen, is shared - cupboard space also available in hallway.

Garden is private, with a larger communal garden for other residents.

Bills are not included and are £80 each a month. Council Tax is £70-90
This covers, Gas, Electric, Water and Wifi. Wifi is EE and is 70mb up and down. I have ethernet to both bedrooms, for if you need wired or WFH.

I am easy going, looking for someone to just split the rent with and have a place to call home. I work from home 2 days a week. Working in PR and Social.

Love chilling, movies, music, going out. Home is relaxing and chill and happy to host, I enjoy having people around and welcome the same. Nothing to crazy.

Looking to just meet up, or view flat and see if the vibe is right.
