We are looking for a short term let to take over one of the rooms for 4 to 6 months from September as the current tenant goes on an extended vacation.

RENT: £820 (heating included)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: £1600
BILLS est. £80 - £90 maximum (council tax + electricity + gas + water)
START DATE: 15th September
END DATE: Flexible, preferably until March 2027

The flat is a 4-bed, 2-bath, very close to shops, Shadwell DLR and Overground stations. We are looking to share the space with a considerate, clean, organised, and open-minded person.

Ideal incoming tenant is Femme and BAME person. We have a cleaning rota, with allocated chores and common spaces to be cleaned twice a week, with every 6th week off. Sometimes we would trek to get food together, we’d have a double dessert day, tiramisu night, virgin mojito night, cold noodles night, mapo tofu night, you name it!! We also try new things like board games or birdwatching.
