My tenancy runs until 30 September, but I’ll be returning to my home country earlier than planned, so I’m looking for someone to take over the room for about a month and a half.
If you like the place, you’re welcome to extend the tenancy with the landlord after that. If not, you can simply move out at the end of the agreed period.
The flat is just a 1-minute walk from the station, and there’s an Iceland supermarket nearby.
The area is generally very safe thanks to a nearby university, and it’s conveniently served by two Underground stations.
