A bright FURNISHED double room will be available in our 4-bedroom flat, available from 3rd October (flexible). The room is on the third floor (marked in blue on the floor plan) and measures around 4.72m x 2.29”, big enough for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and dresser. Please note that the closet in the room is where the boiler is and has VERY limited storage space.

The flat is spread over two floors on the top floor of the building (so no one lives above us!), with a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room, two bathrooms, and a large private terrace that’s perfect for relaxing or hosting friends.

About us:
You’d be sharing with three friendly gay guys in our late-20s to early 30s:
- Michael works in fine dining and enjoys crossfit and wine.
- Lucas works in finance and enjoys traveling, gastronomy, and staying active.
- Anatol works in HR and operations, enjoys cooking and travelling.

We’re sociable and get along well, often hanging out for drinks or meals, but also respect each other’s space. We’re looking for someone similar – clean, considerate, social and easy-going.
