Hi! I'm looking for preferably a female flatmate to replace a former who is moving out in late September to live with her boyfriend!

I've lived in this flat now for a year now and there is just so much to love about it! It gets a lot of natural light, backs onto a park and is within walking distance to exciting areas like Tower Bridge, Brick Lane and Shoreditch.

- Room furnished with double bed, mattress, 1 large and 1 small chest of drawers, under bed drawers, wardrobe, curtains, full length mirror
- Ground floor
- Washer & dryer
- Parking space available (although we tend to use this more for visitors)
- Gated courtyard (it's a sun trap in Summer!)
- Walking distance to Whitechapel, Tower Hill, Aldgate East overground and underground stations (under 15 mins)
- Flat located on a one way road with cycle route to the City and Canary Wharf which backs on to a public park
- Council tax band E
- Bills around ~£200 pcm

I'm a young professional who works in architecture/ interior design and would love to also find possibly another creative, but definitely not a requirement! We are really good friends with my current flatmate and I would like the same for the new one :)

Requirements for new flatmate
- Min £31.5k salary
- Employed for the last 6 months or 12 months if self employed
- Good credit with no CCJ’s
- Right to rent - UK passport or share code from home office
