The window faces the garden, so the room stays comfortable even in damp or cold weather. The building is in a safe area, next to a school and police station. The living room is large, and reception is friendly — because there are fewer students in the building, it feels calmer and more personal.

About shared areas of the home
The shared living space is spacious and includes sofas, a kitchen with an oven，a microwave and a fridge . There is also a comfortable rooftop terrace for residents.

Transport links and getting around
Only 5 minutes’ walk to Shadwell Station and nearby bus stops. KCL Strand Campus is 26 minutes by tube direct, or about 15–20 minutes by bike. Waterloo Campus is 20 minutes by tube. There are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, including Kacha Bazar, Bondor Bazar, Wapping Supermarket and Iceland, plus lots of restaurants, cafés and gyms nearby.

You’ll be sharing with three other students in the flat. The building is student-focused and generally quiet, so it’s easy to settle in. More details available on request.

Council tax band
Full-time students are exempt from council tax, so no extra payment is needed if you provide student status. The specific band can be confirmed by the accommodation team.
