The flat: Ex-council, spacious and comfortable rather than showhome, have just moved so still setting it up. Separate living room and large kitchen (dishwasher, Sky TV), bathroom with separate bath and shower, security entrance.

Location: Cable Street, on the Cycle Superhighway. Shadwell and Limehouse (DLR/Overground/C2C) are both 10 minutes' walk; Whitechapel station (Tube/overgound) is 9 minutes by bike.

Costs: £950 pcm, all bills included. Deposit: one month's rent (£950).

About me: I work full-time in media, WFH a couple of days a week, and travel a fair bit for work and for fun. I like a night out and a night in in equal measure, and enjoy having a housemate around to hang out with when we're both home, equally sometimes I want to chill and decompress in my own space.
