Looking for our third housemate to join a clean, quiet, and easy-going flat in Wapping/Shadwell, E1, well connected via Wapping and Shadwell Overground stations.

The room:
Single room with a double bed, built-in cupboard, large wardrobe, desk, and bedside table — fully furnished and ready to move into. It's on the 13th floor with a genuinely beautiful view.

The flat:
Small flat, 3 bedrooms, no separate living room. Shower room plus a separate toilet, washing machine, and a separate dryer. Private landlords that are helpful. It's an old building.

About us:
There are two of us currently; one's a personal trainer with early 5 am starts some days, the other's a master's student who also works part-time. We're both busy, tidy, organised, and value a calm, respectful home. This isn't a party flat, so it matters that whoever joins us respects quiet hours, early nights and shared space.

Looking for a woman, 28+, who's clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

As we're expecting a lot of interest given the location and price, viewings will be at set time slots, and we'll be selective about who we invite.
