Me and my current housemate are looking for a friendly young professional to move into the 3rd bedroom, available from the 1st June. The room would suit someone that is happy to socialise with us, watching tv and nights out if you’re keen.

About the house:
It’s a beautiful Georgian terrace in Shepherd’s Bush located close to Westfield. It has great links to the tube with the Central Line just 5 minute walk (White City) also 5 minutes walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market and Wood Lane tube stations. The property has beautiful communal spaces with an open plan kitchen living room that leads out onto a private roof terrace at the front of the house and has an additional roof garden at the back of the property overlooking west London. The room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, drawers and storage space. You will share a bathroom with one other housemate (Lewis). The communal area is fully furnished with sofa, tv, tables and chairs, washing machine and dishwasher.

Rent is set at £841.19pcm, not including bills (£958 with bills, Inc. water, gas, electricity, council tax and wifi) you will also need to pay a deposit of £959. Total up front payment will be required, this includes one months rent, first months bills and deposit.


About us...
Jack: 35, Frelance Designer, true northerner, lover of gravy and Greggs. Into art galleries, brunch, swimming and big gay nights out.

Lewis: 27, Creative Consultant. Big football and rugby fan. Likes sampling different pubs, lazy Sundays, music, Sainsbury’s orange juice. Hates turning the big Light on in the house.
