Lovely en-suite in Shepherd's Bush (Mon-Fri only)

The available room is only for 3-4 nights a week and would suit a commuting professional.

We are looking for a Monday to Friday (3-4 nights per week only) lodger for the top floor of our house in Shepherd's Bush.

You would have your own en-suite bedroom with small bath on the top floor. Rent is £700 month including all bills, wifi and rooms will be cleaned weekly.

The top floor comprises a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with a loo, sink and bath. There is a separate, shared bathroom with a shower on the same floor. There is access to the kitchen to make dinner and breakfast and basics such as milk, sugar, butter etc are included. There is also access to the washing machine and dryer but sheets and towels will be changed regularly.

We have two children who are 10 and 7. They are on the floor below in a bedroom next to ours.

There is always lots of pay as you go parking on the road if you drive or scoot. Shepherd's Bush Market tube station (Hammersmith & City & Circle line) is 10-15 minutes walk and Shepherd's Bush station (Central Line tube and overground train) & Stamford Brook (District line) are 15-20 minutes walk.

There are plenty of buses on the Uxbridge Road which is 4 minutes walk away. Askew road is 4 minuted walk away and has an array of cafes and shops. Westfield shopping centre is 20 minutes walk away.

We are ideally looking for someone who wants more of a base than a home, and would not need to work from home as the house is used throughout the day. We absolutely want you to feel at home but it wouldn’t be suited to anyone who wants to entertain from here or have people staying over.

We run a family business in education and work from home and at our existing schools. We are very relaxed, friendly and enjoy having someone here but equally will respect your space.
