We are 4 young female looking for a final flatmate for the room shown. The house is modern and recently renovated. It’s in a great location and only a few minutes walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market, Shepherd’s Bush and white city stations. Lots of restaurants and cafes down the road as well as being so close to Westfield shopping Center too!

The rent includes broadband, water, gas & electricity charges only.

The house is very spacious, has plenty of windows and a private patio area.

Bedroom - A large double bedroom with lot of sunlight through a large sash window. The window is new and double glazed, and the bedroom is furnished with a desk , a wardrobe, and a double bed.

There is a large living/dining room with a wide screen TV. The kitchen is recently renovated with modern white gloss units and integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are in total 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (2 are en-suites) and 1 downstairs cloakroom.
